If, having browsed our site, you have found a property that you would like to book, the following is a guide to the process. Firstly, it is important to note that our properties are priced in either Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, so please make a note of the currency used for your particular property. There is a currency converter provided if you need to use it to help calculate the cost of your holiday. AvailabilityOur availability calendar on the website is a guide only, and even though a property is shown as being available on the calendar it may not be. It is imperative that you check the availability with us before you make any payment. To make a Booking RequestOn the Prices and Availability page for your chosen property, enter the start date of your property and the duration of your holiday. The website will then show you the price, but please be advised that this may be subject to additions or adjustments. For example, many of the Caribbean properties are subject to a Government tax that has to be added to the rental price. Once we receive your Booking Request, we will confirm both the availability of the property and the price that you will be required to pay.
