Included: From the 5th of May through 13th of October 2007 gas and electricity. Change of bed linen and towels once per week (only at weekly rental of min. 2 weeks).

Obligatory final cleaning of € 145 for this property, payable on arrival.
Energy costs EUR 30 per week from the 7th of October 2006 until the 5th of May 2007 and 13th of October 2007 until the 03rd of May 2008.
