The centre fireplace adds a homely touch and is surrounded by windows and double French doors which lead to a very large terrace with stunning views over the Skopelos town to the harbour. Tastefully decorated and dotted with antiques, it is clear that much thought and care has gone into the décor. The room is open plan with the kitchen where there is a second French door leading to the front terrace.
This convenient design also gives access to the pool terrace and BBQ area on the same level for ease of serving al fresco meals. The modern kitchen with breakfast table enjoys views both to the pool area and to the town and harbour below. Every convenience is thought of in this fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer with icemaker.
On this same main level there is a modern w/c shower room and a bedroom with two single beds that has private access to the pool area.
