Built as two pavilions fronting the large, sunny pool deck and its alfresco dining cabana, one pavilion houses the air-conditioned, sumptuous master suite complete with romantic queen four-poster bed, wet bar, and sitting room. The adjacent main pavilion offers the Great Room with vaulted ceiling, the dining area and kitchen, plus a second air-conditioned master suite with a four-poster king bed, and two additional air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with twin beds. Relax and watch a movie in the elegant Great Room from an overstuffed armchair, or create gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the built-in gas grill on the terrace, and dine in style at the nine-foot mahogany table. Tucked between the Great Room and the pool courtyard is Sugar Bay House's gathering place - the comfortable solid mahogany bar which overlooks inspiring ocean views. French doors open directly from all rooms to the sweeping pool deck for lounging and tanning.
