Arundel's living, dining, and kitchen areas are in the main pavilion with a stylish wet bar, superb Bose stereo system with CDs for every taste, a baby grand piano, and alfresco dining by the pool and hot tub. The third pavilion consists of three bedrooms on two levels; the main level offers two opulently-furnished bedrooms each with a marble bath ensuite, and inspiring sea views from each bedroom's own private balcony. The fourth bedroom/bath suite is on the level just below, with a private garden patio.

Every Arundel bedroom has A/C, cable TV, DVD + CD players, VCR, a mini-fridge, bath robes, hair dryer + a safe.
